I noticed some of what you are feeling also when my dosage was increased. Then, I realized that I was feeling sadness and anger but it had been disguised under all of that depression before the med change.

When the dosage increased for me from 300 mg to 450, the med made me jittery.

Wellbutrin has not had much of an impact on my periods.
