I heard from a friend that a 7 second hug released some kind of endorphins that make us feel good.
So I was thinking what about if we could use this to help with depression. So the challenge is to talk with your partner, family member or friend and explain how these 7 second hugs give us endorphins that could help with depression and then try to hug for 7 sec at least once every day.
I know its a bit of a crazy idea, but please if you try it let me know how it goes....
