Pacing can be a sign of nervousness, but not necessarily. I'd say it depends on how you feel when you are pacing. I'll get up and walk around just because I'm tired of sitting. My husband used to walk back and forth when he talked. We used to joke that if you nailed his feet to the floor he wouldn't be able to talk! 
Personally, if your pacing doesn't bother you I wouldn't worry about it.
