I am new to the forum & I have post-partum depression & post-partum anxiety. I hope to be supportive & make new friends on here! How is everyone else doing?

I am doing okay today. My husband is off work until Thursday & that makes my life easier. My baby has a dairy allergy & I am struggling to get my diet under control so I can continue to breastfeed.
