If it isn't too personal, how exactly is it affecting your personal life? Usually, I submit that as long as it doesn't affect your personal life (as in "I did not do X because _____") masturbation is a perfectly normal and acceptable part of human sexuality. I don't think there's really too much of an issue with the frequency...lol 5 is a little on the high side, sure, but I still stick by my argument.

So please, no need at all to feel bad or ashamed. That, at least, I can assure you.
