What exactly is meant by "inside" vs "outside" one's head? Wouldn't a voice inside one's head just be a thought? I constantly have voices in my head; that's part of how I think. I don't think that they're hallucinations...I have heard external voices, music, etc. as well, but it's not nearly as common as the internal stuff. I've thankfully never been traumatized.
