I took the lowest dose of Prozac for suicidal depression, with GREAT results. I ddo not need it anymore but I acknowledge the good things it did. I never turned into a vegetable while on it; in fact, I made some pretty good decisions on it.

Have never heard of Prozac for paranoia, but I did notice that taking Prozac made me revert to my natural pre-depression sociable self. Hope this helps.
