Thanks so much for re-posting this - it is what I was looking for and didn't know where to find any more (the damn hospital lost my wallet!) and i have to get a med TODAY that takes this and for some reason they sstopped just "having it in the system" so now I need to show it each time. This card drops my non-ins covered med from $27 down to $8.50
