Now that spring is here, my rosacea is kicking in again. My skin seems to dislike very warm and cold temperatures ~ pretty difficult to manage in MN!
My face looks like a tomato after a work-out, and my working out is a huge stress relief for me.
I love my long, strenuous walks...they bring me peace and a good work-out.
I take an antibiotic daily, as well as apply a cream to affected areas every evening. What else can I possibly do???
