If an emergency situation, I once heard someone say that you can go to your county hospital emergency room (the hospital of last resort that cannot turn anyone away in emergencies) and say you have a psychiatric emergency and tell them the meds you need and how much. Bring old pill bottles as back-up. Or scripts. I have never tried this myself and so this is hearsay, so I can't vouch for it. But I was told they would fill your meds. Again, this is hearsay.
