Does not sound like they have a history of working 'successfully' per say if they got fired from their past two jobs due to the mental health issues and stress...but yes that sort of thing would decrease chances...though with SSDI its more for people who have held jobs and have 'become' disabled to the point of not being able to continue working, but that would likely be easier for someone who's older to get.
