G'Day Fellow Seekers!!
We have talked a LOT about connecting with Nature~ or RE-connecting ~ as a Wonderful Healing "Tool" and I came across this link today and it resonated with me!! My Spirit is Pushing/Urging me to do exactly this! AND although the current winter weather ~at least where I live~ can feel like a deterrent even a few moments helps. Of course I ALSO have tons of houseplants so that helps as well.
