I successfully avoided doing most of what I didn't want to do. I found alternative things to do that I liked in order to reach the same goals.
I relied on my talent and creativity. I used my feminity and sexuality. I joined forces with successful people who could and would do the things I did not want to do.
I made the most of what I had.
I was never diagnosed with ADHD, but I know I have it and it runs in my family. I always got myself out of doing what I didn't want to do. I remember my mother saying to me when I was very young, "You just won't do what you don't want to do", and thinking "well...duh..."
