In retrospect my worst manias occurred when I was on Zoloft. I didn't know I was bipolar and my primary care doc kept putting me on antidepressants and I'd often quit taking them during or after what I realize how was a manic episode. Most recently an ER psychiatrist took my off of Cymbalta and believes it had a hand in kicking off my current mania.
