I would like to live in a quiet, new condo that is Oceanside view. I'd like a nice-sized balcony, 8th floor, interior elevators, nicely-sized pool overlooking a private beach. I'd be able to bring my three Maine Coon cats. I'd like an interior workout gym and a library for condo owners. I'd prefer the condo owners to be older. Screaming, hyper children make me rattled.

I also would love a home in North Carolina's mountains. Quiet but close enough to drive into town for provisions.

Either locale would be great! The beach is my top choice. Sitting on the balcony with a book and hearing/seeing the ocean is relaxing for me.
