Because when I say, I do not say I have PTSD and that it is the thinking of a mental health professional you seem to take exception to this. And I thought perhaps you had another idea as you were trying to point out a perceived inconsistency.

But no matter, as you are say you are not a mental health professional. Nor am I. So this is now a Q&A session.

I posted this for 2 reasons
1) to find out if what others have described of me fit into the criteria within this board.

2) to see if this site was about support and understanding

And yes there was a third but I think that question all ready was answered else where.

I open to the possibility this being true of me which why I was here. And given enough cause would address this accordingly
