As long as those 2 meals are healthy meals, I don't think it's critical that you only eat 2 meals a day unless it's causing problems or starting to cause excessive weight loss but that usually doesn't happen if the 2 meals are good. Anemia doesn't happen from eating either if you are eating healthy food when you are eating.
