My "meals" aren't really meals. PB&J for lunch before I leave for work and another PB&J for lunch at work with some junk. Not good healthy meals. Five days a week that is what I eat for the day. If my daughter is home we have meat, veggie, and fruit. If she isn't home, then I seldom eat. I know this is not good and that I need to change what and when and how much I eat. One meal at a time...
