I hope you can be kind to yourself and acknowledge each achievement, even 20 mins can be a triumph, even though it may not feel like it.
I was advised to praise myself every 20 mins that I was able to resist. It felt weird to start with, but after a time I was surprised how it seemed to slightly shift something in me in a good way.

Thank you so much Fizzyo. Everyone said I am too hard to myself and I have to be kind to myself but I still find it hard to do. I find that praising myself is one of the hardest things to do.
