Well, I've been over eating lately, which may not be the best option to cope because I use it for similar purposes as SI... but I'm trying not to beat myself up for it and keep taking care of myself.
I've realized that the first 3-5 days SI clean are always the hardest for me; but once I get through that it gets a little easier. I hope I can make this last.
