Keep up the good work 12AM. I agree self praise feels weird and is very hard to keep up!!!!

Remember you don't even have to totally mean it, it's just saying it to yourself can start the process of feeling less unkind towards ourselves.
This conversation has reminded me to try and remember to do it myself again.
