****, I relapsed. I'd think I was rapid-cycling bipolar if my mood ever rose above . . . normal, I guess. But it isn't. I feel ok, then my mood plummets, then it's back up again. Within hours. Minutes sometimes. I feel so unstable.

Although it's weird that I actually think of this as a relapse and not just, "damn, I did it again".
