Thank you Liz and good to see you back (and everyone, too).
Is today only Monday??? I'm sure I've lived 3 days today. I haven't had such high tension pain since... I can't remember when. I think I still have some Cyclobenzaprine somewhere (Flexeril). I've got to find it.
This is way higher than my tolerable norms.
