Its been a while since I was really really deep in psychosis. I dont keep track of such things but my last more serious episode was 2 months ago I think. It would be great also if I was paranoia free.
As a teenager I lived in psychosis. It was normality. And I didnt even seek professional help. I was certain it was all a part of magick and I can control it and crawl out of it.
That was partly true. I did develop a kind of "magick" coping skills to some degree, but also wrecked my life in the process.
What a strange world this is.
