Small goals are great! For me, "just not today" works the best. If I tell myself I won't do it for a certain time period or until a certain day or event, once that time or day comes, my brain convinces me that it is okay.

Having some urges right now. Got a little triggered att the end of IOP this morning, and dissociated. Home now, and want to give in. Not sure if I'll make itg thru today. If mother gets b**chy, I don't know if I'll be able to stop myself.
