today i will not beat myself up; i will not call me names, i will not sneer at myself, i will not disparage my image in the mirror.
i WILL acknowledge just holding my own as a success, tolerating set-backs without fits as progress, and generally admit that i have a lovely sense of humor, and am working hard to improve daily~!
