I've found this to be a supportive community here on PC.

So feel free to post or message any time. I must confess, sometimes I don't respond for a few days when my avoidance or depression get the better of me. But I do always respond to anything directed to me. And there are always lots of other people coming and going.

Some of the other sub-forums are good for just chatting when you don't want to get into heavy issues, but still want an understanding environment.
