I haven't been diagnosed with anything but think I should go and see someone, as if people think that about me then surely there must be a chemical imbalance somewhere as I suffer with depression also.

Yes many times. My friends have asked if I have taken something. The last time was a couple days ago when my friend was visiting me and she said I seem like I'm on drugs.
Also my nurse asked me several times if I have a history of drug use, like amphetamine.
But no, I have never done drugs.
