My cat has no sense of balance. She has fallen just stepping from the chair to the couch, which is within reach! She has fallen just trying to jump from the floor onto the couch! I can't tell you how many times I have saved her from hitting the floor.

My daughter says that this has to do with her breed. She read that ragdoll cats are "floor cats" LOL.
