Remember it is not the external things that happen that decide whether your quit will be successful or fail, it is all internal. There is no one putting a gun to your head saying that you have to smoke now.
Distract, distract, distract the next time you feel that pain and remember smoking doesn't solve any problem it just makes everything worse.
Get back on the bandwagon. Throw the cigs away and begin your new life as a non-smoker.
