Yes, that can be normal procedure, I guess. I am abnormal, though. I believe in cleaning up after myself. Hence, no regular female partner of mine could help but know if I ‘faked it.’
However... the amount of ejaculate might be copious during a man’s first orgasm of the day (or night) and might dwindle during his third or fourth orgasm. A fifth orgasm, I think, could be ‘faked,’ even with a frequent partner, because the amount of ejaculate might be insignificant.
