And eggs - my dr says whites only for me. But otherwise i eat berries, greek yogurt, oatmeal, greens, fish, nuts, fruit - then yeah i also eat off-stuff, but the majority is good stuff. It makes a difference.
Thank you Miss Una! I'm definitely sluggish today but I have the next two days free and I'm planning on getting a big workout in!
