It's about my buddy.. A few days ago, at highschool, though she tried to hide it, I noticed her arm was covered with scars.. I ran towards her and took her it my arms, asking her if everything was okay.

She confessed me she was actually hurting herself - even if she was trying to stop, she just couldn't. I told her I used to hurt myself some years ago, too, and that she could call me anytime if she needed me. Then we had to leave each other because she had a class to attend :/

The thing is, I tend to cut myself too, (not as often as a couple of years ago though), so I know that kind sadness and helplessness, and it makes me feel very bad for her to know that she has to go through this too

How can I help her ?
