I used to take glyburide an and then metformin. I voluntarily switched over to insulin injections.
I wanted ice cream today (I don't keep it in the house) and texted my daughter to bring some home from work (she is a pharmacy tech at Walmart). Then I texted her to forget about it. I ate some cream cheese instead. I would be fighting highs for hours with the ice cream.
