Despite the PSA & biopsy results, it sounds like you're managing to keep grounded. I'm glad you were able to score a professor to do your surgery. I recently had shoulder surgery (small potatoes, but controversial due to its relative lack of success). Since I also had a professor preform my surgery, the results were amazing.
