My blood test results indicated extremely low Vit-D. Primary doc contacted me and recommended 10k units for 2 weeks, then go down to 1K daily. I have seen things improve, from mental health to stronger erections and greater arousal. I hope these changes are real and not just a coincidence and wishful thinking.
