Well... at the risk of stating the obvious... my thought would be to discuss this with your medical doctor. I've taken myself off of antidepressants in the past often without my psychiatrist's input. I simply worked out a gradual reduction schedule for myself using the pills I had. And that has always worked out for me.

I'm not familiar with kratom. So I can't say anything specific with regard to it. But perhaps the best way to proceed here, short of seeing your doctor, is to simply begin using less-&-less, over a period of time, until you either get off of it completely, or reduce the amount you're using down to a manageable level. I suspect the one thing you probably don't want to do is to try to go off of the stuff cold turkey. I wish you well...
