I can't say I ever felt any different on Vitamin D. That being said my health seriously improved for the better. I am a big believer in Vitamin D now. In my 20s I had relatively high blood pressure 130 /80. But in 2008 I started taking Vitamin D to get my levels up and my BP dropped and has stayed there. 110/70... even though I am overweight.
I did see a study yesterday though that said Vitamin d won't be effective if you don't have magnesium so if you aren't noticing any change that could be a factor. I get most of my magnesium via pumpkin seeds.. and sometimes supplements.
