I don’t know why - maybe I do - but I’ve been compulsively overeating for 3-4 weeks and my stomach feels like it’s pressing against my heart and that’s what I feel when I’ve had heart attacks.

I’m very anxious and scared. I haven’t eaten since maybe three this morning because I don’t think that my stomach will hold anymore food.

My decision making skills are not great. I think that this might have something to do with my fear of running out of food, again.

Anyone here guilty of this type of behaviour?
