I'm really glad to see this thread! I think it's a really great idea!

Personally, I find deliberately focusing on all of the positives in my life is very beneficial. It helps me notice the positives, even on the darkest days, and it also gave me ideas of things to do to make myself feel better as I learnt exactly what I enjoyed most in life. I started just mentally noting them a few years ago before bed each night, but about a year ago, I started formally logging them in a monthly sunshine picture format (I posted the idea on the Happiness thread at the time).

I look forward to reading this thread
