I have very low vit D, and calcium. I found out after a bone scan that I lost 1 in, and 1/4th. Now I take suplments, and get a injection every 6 months for my bones to start making bone again. This problem has caused my body to be weak, and I can break a bone very easy. So ladies, please get a bone scan if you can!
