AD at best will help. Or they'll drive you into mania. I've yet to have an AD that made me feel good without driving me too high. Doctors won't allow it, keeping you on the low side. Even taking more after begging Pdoc,hasn't worked for me as they'll up your MS at the same time. Sometimes I've come off an AD because of side effects, and only then realized it was probably doing more than I thought. I try to give a drug six months unless its side effects are unbearable. Quality of a crappy life has to be part of the equasion
