Hi, Ylba, and welcome to Psych Central! Are you getting "medical leave" for your absences? What does your current boss say? I think the main thing is getting a good reference. I would think you need to go three months or more without missing work or being late, but that's just a guess. It's what your boss thinks that counts, of course.
