I am sorry, I have few words today. Just stopping in to say you are all on my mind!

My mother (lives with us) fell down the stairs. Injured her knee, sprained her ankle and broke 3 toes. She is very frustrated as she was just cleared to return to pool exercise class and now this.

I am having a lot of fibromyalgia. Have not slept well for a few nights, which makes it all worse, as you know.
