i too had high liver enzymes, the last blood panel showed; and i have been suffering from IBS for years... my new doc put me on 2000 IU's of D3, and the change has been astonishing~! IBS alllla gone~ it's only been about 7 weeks,, i hope it helps with my dry skin, too~
