also thought of my younger school days getting my milk with a token in a chest freezer type thing, that had very small bottles of white milk and choc milk and the conveyor belt would move after purchase.

where I lived everyone had a milk door on the side or back of their house that the milk man delivered the bottles too.

My mother used to pick up her prescriptions at a small town doctor after hours and he would leave them in the milk chute for her.
