My diet started today.
I was fairly low carb today.
Brunch was eggs and spinach and brocolli.
dinner from chipotle
onions and peppers and shredded pork and tomatoes and onions and hot sauce and cheese and sour cream.
It is hard to estimate how many carbs in this dinner.
I stayed away from the rice, beans and corn that I usually get.
I feel I got some things accomplished today:
2 loads of laundry, folded and put up.
Dishwasher loaded, ran and put away.
work supplies filled and ready for work tomorrow.
Went to the store and bought cleaning supplies.
Wrote out note with instructions for cleaning lady.
Bought a fern for the back patio.
Worked in the yard, raked up magnolia leaves into 3 barrels. Trimmed bushes and filled another barrel and created a yard waste pile. 2 hours of work and sweated some. I quit when the mosquitos started biting.
Went to chipotle for take out dinner.
Now am relaxing and getting ready to take a much needed shower.
Made it alcohol free.
So today was a great day!
