I am on day 4 of my diet/life style which also excludes alcohol.
Low carb less than 50 grams and IF intermittant fasting, eating only 2 meals a day and no snacking at night. I skip breakfast naturally so eat 2 meals a day already. so an 8 hour or less eating window. The only thing I have in the morning is half and half in my coffee which is about 4 tablespoons. I hope this doesn't break my fast. I have asked this question on another forum about low carbing and IF that I am now participating. Will be anxious to hear what they think. I would rather not give up my cream in my coffee but I will if they say so. I still use stevia toffee flavored to sweeten the coffee with out any carbs and naturally sugar free as stevia is a plant.
