Today was a fairly low carb day.
noon lunch:
chicken thigh with spinach stuffing and wrapped in bacon. yum!
a bowl of squash soup which was wonderful and I bought a quart to take home. It has fewer carbs than a butternut squash and 1 cup collard greens.
7pm dinner:
6 oz of chicken with pesto and 2/3 cup of brocolli, and half an avocado.
I will try to be fasting until 1130am tomorrow
I found out that my cream does matter so I will drink it with just stevia sweetener.
I snacked on almonds and cheese when I first got home and at 2pm when I was feeling a bit peckish.I am full and am getting ready to go to the gym.

edited to add that I never made it to the gym.... oh well.
Hubby and I are beginning to think about going to paris to see an art exhibit in late september early october. Gustov Klimt it is a video art exhibit. __________________
