This is my first productive post after a long time... as far as I know (I've been through allot, too much to describe. Apologies for how I've been through all this time. It's been extremely painful for me)
How do I relief stress?
I know I need to consume lots of liquids. I keep it in check as much as possible.
I play video games, I have a hard time meditating on my own (I don't know what kind of music (I hate the silent innocent peaceful music)
I noticed dry food such as fries and even rice do no good for me. Even dry meat sources are bad. I do not consume vegetables since they have a low caloric value. Steak has been a great meal, since its juicy components and high caloric value has been a perfect combination for what I need! However it's generally not cheap, so I am wondering what other options are there...
That is regarding food. I would LOVE to hear of other techniques. If music, I would like to hear of good genres to listen to, and producers if going more specific
